Multi-talented Maggie is one of a kind! Her specialty is interpretive dance; just take her on a walk and wait for it to happen. A very considerate sleepover buddy, Maggie is not one to hog the bed or sound false alarms in the middle of the night.
Just look at that face. How can you resist it? (Pro tip: you can't.) Millie here knows how to ring the bell for when she needs to go outside. How cool is that? The trouble is... Millie ALSO rings the bell when she wants attention. Which is, you guessed it: ALL THE TIME! Hahahaha! Smart girl.
"Hey, whatchu got there? Lemme see that gadget. Oh, it's just an iPhone. Lame!" Amateur photo buff Popo may be a little shy at first, but once he gets to know you, his nose WILL be in your business. Don't take our word for it... A picture says more than a thousand words!
Check out those eyes... Isn't that something? Kuro started her life on the mean streets, fighting for food, but now is living a life of luxury with her adopted brothers. She does sometimes forget she doesn't have to fight for her food anymore, then the boys better duck!
Poor Maw still hasn't warmed up to us, but we see to it that he gets his fair share of breakfast and dinner every day, in his special safe place under the couch. Some kitties are just shy. It's OK Maw, we heart you just the same!
In Loving Memory: Kasey
Here's the kind of girl who is just all love, all the time. Not a cross bone in her body. When we arrive to visit Kasey, she always grabs a toy and brings it down the stairs for us to play with her. What a love bug!
He looks innocent enough, doesn't he? More proof that looks can be deceiving... Ollie here is not above picking a food fight with the resident dog! As the senior-most pet in the house, he feels it's important newcomers know their place. Can you blame him?

There have been days we've visited Cupcake three times and all three times she's been in the exact same spot. We're not suggesting she's lazy or anything... but color us mildly suspicious! Favorite thing: Ear scratches will never fail to fire up her purr engine!
The unbelievable part of this photo is that Noki is actually sitting still! How did that happen?! Usually Noki appears to be tied to the end of a yo-yo string, bouncing up and down. This little one has energy for ten!
Such a gentle soul. Every time we visit, Patches greets us at the door with soft meows and lots of purrs. She loves being brushed! Has been known to snack on the dog food.
Oh Oscar.... Walking is just not his thing, and certainly not when it rains. "Why must you torture me with this pointless loop around the block? There, I peed, can we go back inside now? Animal Planet has a good show on."
DO NOT FALL FOR THIS FACE! This face is a lie. OK, that may be a little harsh. =) She is cute as all get-out! She also fancies herself a hobby gardener, and that's where the trouble starts. Unless you like holes in the lawn, of course. Holes can be good, right?
Daisy & Duke
Do they not look like Ginger Rogers and Fred Astaire, about to break out into dance? Yes, they do. Such a cute pair, Duke ever the perfect gentleman, always watching out for his Daisy. Except... when she doesn't eat her food fast enough. Then all bets are off!
Look into those wise eyes. Sami has seen it all, and nothing fazes her anymore. Wait, did you say "treat?" INCOMING!!!
We highly suspect Zora wasn't born in a litter like other puppies, but cast in heaven from the "perfect dog" mold. Perfect manners, perfect temperament, Zora-girl, you're a 10 in our book! We only wish we could see you more often.
In Loving Memory: Amenita

Oh hai! I am the sweetest kitty you will ever meet. My favorite toy is a feather on a string, and I promise you that you won't be able to keep your hands off my velvet fur after I've had a lion cut!
What a cool cucumber this one is! Spartacus is always hard at work to make sure his tank stays pristine. He likes to hide behind things, but when he's feeling more sociable he loves bossing around the cats of the house. Favorite meal: wafers.
Enamored with his own reflection, Telly often needs reminding to step away from the mirror and remember to eat. His favorite meal is the colored flakes. In his free time he enjoys building things with legos and knitting.
Look deep into my eyes. You will feeeeeed me. You will feed me now! And then you will pet me and give me ear and chin scratches and, oh, who are we kidding. You are here for my enjoyment, human!

Sitting on the table is second nature for Indy. "Well, where else am I going to sort the mail?" Unlike his brother Lucky, Indy is a bit of a party animal, always ready for a cocktail. Favorite toys: stuffed mice and the laser beam.
Don't be fooled by his innocent eyes. Lucky here is one shrewd kitty! Time and again he'd invite us to play poker, only to win all of our earnings from the entire week. Pet sitter beware!
A stunning beauty with the most beautiful eyes, Bella is prone to sudden outbursts of yoga. "So what," she says, "It keeps me nimble. Do you know how hard it is to clean the back of your own legs? I didn't think so."
Yes, I know I am fabulous. Humans are here to serve me! Feed me my favorite canned food and if I'm in the mood for it I just may show you my belly. It's just easier if you brush it.

Wow, does this girl LOVE her belly rubs. And, we don't mean to be indiscreet, but there's a lot of belly to rub. The cute spots, soft fur and Esme's super sweet disposition made it pretty hard for us to remember to go home at the end of a visit.
Described by her cat daddy as the Queen Bee of their three-cat household, Sigyn undoubtedly has the loudest purr in the entire Western hemisphere. On a good day, it can be heard all the way in New Zealand.

In Loving Memory: Sargent
This dog is 18. No, seriously, that's not a typo. One of our more lively and active clients, we have trouble keeping up with this guy. The challenge is trying to get him to turn around and go back home. More walkies, pretty please?

Known by her close friends as Tabi, this gal has a purr like no other, and happily settles on your lap for ear scratches. And though she has many beds to choose from, she prefers to find a new spot to sleep every few days — and no, it's usually not a cat bed.
Now this kitty does like her beds! Minka's favorite thing to do is playing with the fishing pole or taking a nap in that extra special bed by the window, catch some sunrays or an afternoon breeze. She's not a big fan of boys.

In Loving Memory: Welles
If Welles had a penny for every time someone said "oh look how cute, it's a little Ewok," he'd be a millionaire. So yeah, he says, go ahead and call me crotchety... How would that make you feel? I mean, have you seen Ewoks?
He's sexy, and he knows it. The neighborhood cats all wish they could be more like Ramon. That look, that stare, his love bites, it all adds up to one hunk a' burning kitty love.

In Loving Memory: Zeus
Wall of Fur? HA, says Zeus and his tank mates Hades and Poseidon, now it's the Wall of Scales. You haven't lived until you've seen these wee ones wiggle their tiny bodies upon the sight of the little yellow can of food. So cute!
